SANJH Pakistan is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-political, humanitarian and developmental organization. SANJH Pakistan is registered with Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP). SANJHis a word of local language which means collaboration of people. SANJH was established on 10th December 1973 and was registered with social welfare department in March 1974 with name SANJH (Society for the Advancement of Nature, Justice & Health). Later on, SANJH was registered with SECP with Name SANJHPakistan on November 2017.

SANJH Pakistan is working in thematic areas of Climate Change, disaster management and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), WASH, Poverty Alleviation, Education, Human Rights and Peace promotion. SANJH Pakistan has faith on sustainable development and fraught to bring change through participatory growth accordingto the local needs and atmosphere. The policy of SANJH is to work at grass rootlevel with local communities and SANJH forms village committees for each project. SANJH uses the tool of communicating theater for advocacy and awareness. SANJH has two theater groups associated with it.

SANJH is a word of local language which means “Collaboration of People”. The rationale behind its origination is based on the basic concept of communal effort rather than individual effort. It was originated with a view of collaboration of all, progress to all and an organization for the sake of benefits of all. SANJH PAKISTAN envisions to achieve an equitable and educated society, where people can live with peace and harmony, economic empowerment and can practice their basic human rights.
2. Geographical Outreach:
Through dedicated execution of a series of activities with financial and technical assistance of familiar organizations, SANJH PAKISTAN has stretched its arms in District Multan, Muzaffargarh, Rajan Pur, D.G. Khan Mianwali, Layyah Rajan Pur, D.G. Khan Bahawalpur, Sakhar, Larkana and Karachi.
3. Management & Team:
Management & Team: SANJH PAKISTAN Board of Directors (BODs) comprises of truly dedicated persons. The organization has competent and experienced staff.
4. Functional Departments:
It possesses 05 fully functional departments including; Department of Finance & Accounts, Department of Admin & HR, Department of Programs, Department of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), Department of IT and Department of Research & Publications.
5. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):
All the departments have their internal policies or Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) including; SOPs of Admin & Finance, SOPs for HR, SOPs for Procurement & Logistics and Travel Polices. Other Policies include; Sexual Harassment Policy, Anti-Nepotism Policy, Anti-Fraud Policy, M&E Criteria, Beneficiary Selection Policy, Branding Policy etc.
6. Documentary Resources:
SANJH PAKISTAN possess a separate department of Research & Publications which is responsible for record keeping of the documentation of the executed projects, documentation pertaining to the regulatory authority and organizational promotional documents and publications like; Annual Reports, Project Completion Reports, Interim Reports, Newsletters, The Organization possess its own official website.
7. Performance to Execute Donor Funded Programs:
SANJH Pakistan has showed splendid performance during the past decades with the financial and technical assistance of famous donor agencies including; TVO, USAID, World vision, Oxfam, Action Aid, Moajiz Foundation, Alif-Ailan, USAID, IOM, UN-HABITAT, HANDS and TVO, (CYAAD)/DAI, Azm-e-Pakistan (DAI), Umeed Jawan /Creative Associates and SYCOP/ Rutgers.
8. Other Resources:
Other resources include of SANJH PAKISTAN include; sufficient furniture & fixture, IT tools and equipment, stationary and visual aids for smooth operation of office activities. It also possesses its own vehicles for field mobility of its project staff.
9. MOU with EAD
SANJH Pakistan has applied for MOU to EAD. The MOU with EAD is under process. The acknowledgement is attached.
10.Certification of PCP and Tax Exemption
SANJH Pakistan is certified by PCP. The NPO status is Non-Profit Organization. SANJH Pakistan has tax exemption certificate by FBR.
11. NOCs and Liaison with Govt. Departments
SANJH Pakistan has strong liaison with provincial and district government departments of Punjab and Sindh. SANJH Pakistan has taken NOCs from home department of Punjab and Sindh for Multan, Bahawalpur and Karachi. SANJH Pakistan is certified by Punjab Charity Commission.

9. Liaison & Coordination with Govt. Departments: –

SANJH PAKISTAN has strong and very close liaison with provincial and district government departments of Punjab, KPK and Sindh. SANJH PAKISTAN has secured NOCs from Home Department Government of Punjab followed by Multan, Bahawalpur and Karachi from Sindh Government. Moreover, SANJH PAKISTAN has also signed MOU with Centre of Excellent with KPK Government / Peshawar for implementing Project in Newly Merged Districts (NMDs).
