SANJH Pakistan successfully conducted two workshops (01 in Qasba Gumani and 01 in Khanpur Bagga Sher) of two days teachers training to improve the quality of education in schools at primary level from 10th January, 2022 to 13th January, 2022. In total 94 teachers including (14 Male teachers and 80 female teachers) were engaged and trained on different methods of teaching and how they can teach lessons at different grade level. Day 01 of the training was started with the 1st session “Recitation of Holy Quran” and translation. After that representative of SANJH Pakistan warmly welcomed all the participants of training and briefly introduced them with the working of the organization.

After the introduction, trainer started the discussion on “Record Keeping of Schools” and shared with teachers about the proper filling of school management records. The second day of the training was started with the reflection of Day-1 of training and trainer revised all the topics shortly. After that, 1st session of the Day 02 “How to Teach Urdu” from class two to five was explained by the trainer. After that, topic “How to Teach English” was discussed comprehensively by the trainer. Moreover, another session was discussed by the trainer on the topic “How to teach Mathematics” to the students at primary level.
Trainer explained the methods of teaching Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division at different grades level. After that, the topic “How to teach Science”, and he said that science is very interesting subject and it mostly relates with our surroundings, so teachers should use examples related to our daily lives for teaching science to students of primary level that may motivate students to learn and experiment their daily routines happening in their surroundings and it will sharpens their brain and thinking critically. After the session all the participants of the training got lunch together. After the lunch break, trainer explained the topic “Assessment Techniques” and shared with teachers that “Assessment is a systematic collection of data to monitor the success of the program or course in achieving learning outcomes/objectives for students” and it helps us to evaluate the performances of learners as;
