By following Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 05-Human Rights & Gender Equality, SANJH PAKISTAN has adopted as a theme of its focus and is constantly working on the sub-themes under the umbrella of this important SDG including; enhancing access of people towards their basic human rights, eliminate all forms of discrimination and violence against women in the public and private spheres, Youth Empowerment and Child Empowerment.
A large number of youth participated in 30 theater programs in different community at the common areas having more populations of people of different sects and diverse backgrounds. A large number of youth members were involved into different activities like; Cultural Homers, Debate Events, Essay Events, Saraiki Poetry Recitals, Music Festivals, Kabadi Competitions and volley ball matches. 547 youth members including; 502 male and 45 female participated in a Two One-Day UC- Conventions of WAKs. The reason to conduct these conventions was to formally hand over the WAK ownership to community to use it as a common place for the community meetings and activities.
Sanjh Pakistan’ team has successfully conducted Five Craft Exhibitions in Ahmed Pur Sharqia East’ five targeted UCs as 45-Mehrab Wala, 42-Ali Kharrak, 56- Kotlah Musa Khan, 41-Mubarak Pur, 48-Khuda Bux Mahar on the dates of 24th to 28th February, 2020. Craft Exhibition activities provided a display place to the female of peace skill centers, who made items for showing and presenting their works so that they could get popularity among the folks of their community. 523 participated in the Crafts exhibition. Women Empowerment comes under areas of major focus of SANJH PAKISTAN. During execution of a series of interventions, following were the major women empowerment endeavors;
SANJH Pakistan has completed the project “PCD097-Bazm-e-Niswan (Women Assembly)” with 20 Female Madrasas in CRA targeted 05 UCs of Banbosan (Multan) and 05 UCs of Ahmadpur East (Bahawalpur) on 31st January, 2022. During this project, 223 people were directly benefited including; 211 female and 22 male while 7315 people were indirectly benefited from activities of the project

During the project Women Peace Leader in Bahawalpur 4512 women got benefited indirectly from different activities. 05 Women Peace Skill Centers were established and women were delivered 02-Days training on peace and harmony and skills development. 553 female were directly engaged into different SAPs including; 05 food melas, Interactive Theaters and 05-Craft Exhibitions. A total of 411 females were engaged into traditional puppet show.
